  • Epiamark PTY LTD operates in the space of construction specializing in general building and civil construction, which is lead by the black South African woman.
  • Epiamark PTY LTD is an NHBRC registered developer.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

  • Household earning between R3 501 to R22 000, either jointly or individually.
  • Applicants must have dependent for example children, grandchildren, parents, grandparents, sisters or brothers under 18.
  • Applicants must own the land proposed for the house.
  • Applicant must have an official Permission To Occupy (PTO) document in terms of their traditional houses especially if the land is owned by traditional council.
